I seldom eat veggie and eat fruits not so often that my hubby kept reminding me to eat healthy (specially now that I'm breastfeeding Hugo). I usually buy fresh fruit juices (like everyday) before when Im still working. Then there came a time that I'm so sick so I went to see the doctor at a clinic near my block. The doctor asked..
"do you eat veggie? - uhhhmm...seldom "
"fruits?? - fresh fruit juice"
"squeezed juice? - yes..."
I remember the doctor telling me off.. what can you get with that?? you're wasting all the fiber. You better opt eating the whole fruit.
I was like...okay!!!
So I started eating fruits so at least I can kinda sub it for not eating veggie.lol
I only like to eat those like ready to eat ones (wash and eat) guess im lazy to peel it or something but yeah.. i only like to eat apple (wash and eat straight) unless my hubby is around to share with me so no choice but to cut it.

but as time flies..i got sick of eatimg the same stuffs. So...i decided to give my blender a try.
I tried mango shake before but instead of milk, i put soya milk, a little bit of honey and 1 mango.Yum!!!
My 2nd attemp is mixed
1 fuji apple
1 med sized carrots
1/4 of a med sized cucumber
3 tblsp lemon juice
8-10 pcs of green grapes
2 tblsp honey

I blend it all together, put a little bit of water and ohhh..lalallalallala yum yum yum!
I put few cubes of ice on mine. I would say that its not easy to drink it all up as you need to chew on a little bit of the blended fruit.. But I can say that its good and refreshing in a way. I made 4 small glasses of those. 2 for my in-laws and I drank 2 glasses. Its nice!
